The online version of the Form is accessible at time of purchase only and cannot be accessed when payment is made by mail. During the payment process, you will be routed to the online form if paying within this site; if paying with PayPal you will be brought back to the site to continue to the form (be sure to finish the entire process with PayPal and click the button at the end).
*All purchased Forms must be redeemed within three (3) months from date of purchase, unless for a Revision (see below).
*To be eligible to receive your one-time free revision, the free revision Form must be completed by purchaser and received by writemypersonalad.com within five (5) calendar days from the delivery date of the original ad. All revisions pertain to our original ad only and purchased Revision Forms must be submitted within ten (10) days of purchase. Suggestions and requests as to the desired revision changes are encouraged in order to provide the desired effect for the purchaser and are allowed for within the revision Forms.
*Gift certificates are good for one "personal ad" per certificate. They are good for three (3) months from date of purchase and must be redeemed by forwarding the completed certificate to www.writemypersonalad.com via fax (561-892-5855) or email (admin@writemypersonalad.com). The bearer must be at least 18 years of age and the name on the certificate must match the name submitted at the time of purchase, unless otherwise provided for by purchaser. The bearer will receive the Form to complete via either email or fax, whichever method is specified within the gift certificate at time of redemption. Upon receipt of the Form, the bearer can then proceed with completing their Form and returning it to us as specified herein for their personal ad. One free revision is included with this purchase and the Form for the free revision will be attached with the ad at the time of delivery.
It is our intent as a company to ensure a smooth, enjoyable and successful transaction for any and all individuals participating in our service. All of your information will be kept confidential. We do not discriminate against any persons, regardless of race, gender, profession, religion, habits, interests, relationship preferences, tendencies, residence locations, likes or dislikes! However, we do request that all participants be at least 18 years of age and refrain from the use of lewd or offensive language and/or suggestions. Any disrespect toward a staff member may result in immediate termination of the phone interview, so please do not disregard this request.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure the email address provided is current, correct and has enough room in the inbox to receive the item(s) requested - please do not delete us! If your ad will not be delivered to you on time due to our delay, you will be notified by email with a delivery update.
If you would rather not pay online, you may pay via a certified check (or money order - USA only) made out to "The Better Way," complete the Mail-In Form (Click Here) . Please allow extra time for the processing and delivery of your ad. Money orders can only be accepted if from within the USA. All international purchases must be made via PayPal or certified check only.
